• The Fall 2025 Cycle will open September 01, 2025 – September 30, 2025.

• Award notifications/emails will be sent in November.

• Applicants must be currently enrolled in credit courses.

• Applicants who have not yet completed classes at SWC will be excluded from Opportunities that have a GPA requirement.

• If you have already reached the financial aid cost of attendance for the current academic year, Southwestern College will not be able to award scholarship funds that exceed cost of attendance.

• For major specific scholarships, please ensure your major on your MySWC portal matches the requirements of the scholarship you are applying for.

• Do not wait until the last day since troubleshooting requests take a couple of days

• To view any scholarship’s description and criteria, please click on the link in the title of the scholarship.

NEW SCHOLARSHIP APPLICANTS

If this is the first time you are applying for scholarships through this online process, you are considered a NEW APPLICANT. You must create an account using the SIGN UP tab and are required to use your SWC email account.

RETURNING SCHOLARSHIP APPLICANTS

If you previously applied for scholarships through this online process, you must use the SIGN IN tab to log in to your account. IMPORTANT: you are required to use your SWC email instead of your personal email. If you do not remember your password, click on “Trouble signing in?” and then RECOVER PASSWORD.
