This scholarship is intended to support Tijuana/San Diego area binational students attending Southwestern College, who maintain an overall 3.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need.
Cross Border Xpress supports the vision of a successful binational region and partnership between Tijuana and San Diego. Our goal is to support binational college students attending Southwestern College.
