Career and Transfer Connections: Transfer Student

This scholarship, a fund at the Southwestern College Foundation, is for students who are completing their studies to transfer to a 4 year college or university for the upcoming academic year, beginning in Fall Applicants must be currently enrolled in a minimum of 6 units and have completed at least 40 units at Southwestern College. Proof of application to a 4-year college or university will be required. Supplemental essay will be required.

Career and Transfer Connections support students in their efforts to become critical, thoughtful thinkers who make informed decisions about their career and transfer options. Through intentional programing, providing access to events, services, and resources, we prepare students to understand their majors, careers, job/ internship opportunities, and/or transferring to a 4-yr college/ university. Our services aim to ready students for future careers and transfer success.
