Career and Transfer Connections: Student Worker

This scholarship, a fund at the Southwestern College Foundation, is for SWC student workers (not hourlies) who are employed at least 10 hours a week and are completing their studies to pursue full-time placement in their field of major. Applicants must be currently enrolled in a minimum of 6 units and have completed at least 30 units at Southwestern College. Employment status will be verified. Supplemental essay will be required.

Career and Transfer Connections support students in their efforts to become critical, thoughtful thinkers who make informed decisions about their career and transfer options. Through intentional programing, providing access to events, services, and resources, we prepare students to understand their majors, careers, job/ internship opportunities, and/or transferring to a 4-yr college/ university. Our services aim to ready students for future careers and transfer success.
