Peggy Gray Spanninga Transfer Scholarship

The purpose of this scholarship fund is to support students who have gained consistent work experience while attending college and demonstrate a commitment to continuing their education at a four-year university.

Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher, be currently employed (full- or part-time) while attending college, be transferring to a 4-year university (proof of registration/enrollment in a 4-year college to be submitted prior to award distribution). Financial Need will be considered. Supplemental essay required, and will be shared with scholarship donor: Write a one-page essay about how your work experience before and during college has prepared you for the next steps in your education, prepared you for the next steps in your career, and prepared you for your ultimate long-term career goals. (Minimum 250 words, maximum 350 words)
