John Bibbo Scholarship

Mr. Bibbo was employed as a math, computer science and astronomy professor for 30 years from 1966–1996 at Imperial Valley College and Southwestern College. He passed away on March 26, 2015. Mr. Bibbo’s family established the John Bibbo Scholarship Fund at the Southwestern College Foundation in his memory. “John believed in helping students find their direction in life.”

Student must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and be currently enrolled in 6 or more units. Student must also demonstrate financial need, which is determined by data on the student’s current FAFSA or Dream Act Application.
