Gregory Clyde Mohler Veterans' Scholarship Fund

This scholarship will support students attending Southwestern College who are members of the Student Veterans Organization and/or are receiving services from the Veterans Resource Center, be currently enrolled in 6 or more units, and have a minimum 2.75 GPA. Preference will be given to students majoring in Computer Information Systems. Supplemental essay required.

Professor Mohler served the Southwestern Community College District for more than 30 years as a tenured professor of Computer Information Systems. He challenged his students academically and went above and beyond to be of help. Teaching was his life. A decorated Vietnam era veteran, he often mentored returning veterans, assisting in their transition from military to civilian life. Professor Mohler would be proud to continue his support of students through this scholarship in his honor.
